實(shí)驗(yàn)填料-金屬西塔環(huán)填料作為實(shí)驗(yàn)室應(yīng)用較廣的填料，屬于金屬材質(zhì)，也是一種小顆粒填料，用金屬板材制成，填料的直徑與高度相等。

實(shí)驗(yàn)填料-金屬西塔環(huán)由許多沖有小孔的薄的不銹鋼金屬片卷成，但沖孔不去掉金屬，而使其突出，成為粗糙的表面，有利于液體在填料表面的潤(rùn)濕。

實(shí)驗(yàn)填料-金屬西塔環(huán)主要用于實(shí)驗(yàn)室及小批量、高純度產(chǎn)品的分離過程，它不像金屬絲網(wǎng)式螺旋圈填料在精餾前必須多次液泛使其潤(rùn)濕，它的強(qiáng)度大于其他實(shí)驗(yàn)填料。
